Candy Warranty Declaration

CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY – Candy Products

This is your personal warranty from Haier Electrical Appliances (M) Sdn. Bhd. And the authorized Candy distributor and dealer whose signature appear hereon. It applies only to you as the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty applies, subject to the terms and conditions listed in this Service Policy and Warranty, to below selected Candy appliances, only, when such appliance is installed for household use and not for commercial use.

TELEVISION

(i) 2 years: general warranty

(ii) No warranty on accessories i.e. remote control, TV Stand & etc.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Warranty will be void if damage of the exterior or interior finish as a result of any of the below:

a. Use with inadequate or defective house wiring or improper voltage; or circuit breakers; or improper connection to electrical service; or defective external antenna.

b. Use with inadequate or defective plumbing, water supply, or water pressure.

c. Warranty only covers defective parts. Damages due to shipping, negligence, accident, misuse, alteration, tampering are not covered. If products become subject to the above, the warranty stated herein is voided and transportation, service & gas refilling will be charged.

d. Non-compliance with local building, plumbing or electrical codes.

e. Set tampered with; altered in anyway or carry out service by unauthorized technicians.

f. Damage as a result of fire, flood, lighting, pollution, household pests or other Acts of God

g. Damage caused by non- moving / changing images displayed for lengthy periods of time (commonly known as “burn-in”).

h. A few Bright Pixel or Dead Pixel on LED/LCD panel is the nature of the product which is within factory standard and it does not affect the performance of the product. We will only accept under the condition whereby 7 or more Dead Full Pixel or more than 1 Bright Full Pixel are found on the LED/LCD panel based on at least 1-meter viewing distance.

2. This warranty is valid ONLY in Malaysia.

3. Accessories, remote control, battery or ordinary wear and tear of parts like, handle, knob, cabinet, cover and cosmetic plastic parts are not under warranty.

4. Any alternation or amendment to this certificate will render the warranty void. Please produce this warranty card with full details together with sales invoice when applying for service.

5. This warranty only valid for Candy products that distribute to authorized dealer from year 2022 onwards.

6. Haier Electrical Appliances (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change or modify out Terms of Services at any time without prior notice.
